Q: I received my car and it has damage?
A: Please call the offices of Atlas Car Transport immediately. We need to be notified immediately to file a case number. We check the "Bill of Lading" prior to pick-up and "Bill of Lading" when delivered.

Please take all personal items out of the vehicle; this is for safety reasons, you are allowed 85lbs in the trunk whether it is front or rear, however our company and carrier shall be totally unaccountable for any items left in the vehicle.

We are not allowed by the Department of Transportation to touch any personal effects left in the vehicle.

Please make sure you the owner or any persons selected by the owner are available to sign the proper paperwork and provide us with keys to the vehicle.

Please check your vehicle over and note any damage, the carrier will also check the vehicle and have the appointed person sign.

If you are in a small subdivision or in the city please note, we reserve the right to deliver as close as possible normally the carrier will call within 12-24 hours to schedule the delivery, however there may be times them have the individual meet the carrier close by i.e... mall or store for delivery or pickup.

Your vehicle must be operable. If it is not, additional fees or methods may apply.

You must advise us of any modifications made to your vehicle such as 4x4 lift kit, camper, vehicle lowered, etc...

Your vehicle may not exceed 7' in height. Please see "Other Vehicles" if over 7' in height.

Your vehicle must have a minimum of 4” ground clearance to safely load and unload your vehicle.

We must have a working phone number where you may be reached throughout the duration of your vehicle relocation.
